This page is for orders by physical "brick-and-mortar" bookstores & retailers as well as select online retailers only. Wholesale orders are subject to approval.

 

Our printer in England serves the United Kingdom, Ireland and parts of France. Our printer in Germany serves the rest of continental Europe.

This is why there are slightly different rates for orders on the continent.

 

Note: We normally distribute through Ingram, Bertrams,  Gardners and other major wholesalers.  Or discount here is typically higher than through the

third-party wholesalers.  We can ship anywhere in the US, UK or EU typically in 10-15 days. During peak periods it can take up to 21 days to arrive.
